Aluminium Cylinder Heads for RGV/RS 250 now Hard Anodised for longer lasting appearance, thicker caps for increased rigidity
Stronger all over and using 2mm o-rings for sealing.
The combustion chamber is cut to work with 56mm flat top pistons such as stock Suzuki or Vertex
The angled squish band on the std inserts is cut at 0.65mm so some adjustment of deck height may be required to obtain desired squish.The volume is suitable for unleaded petrol. The water spigots are of a threaded design and are supplied pre-fitted and sealed.
The plug is straight cut and therefore a slight modification to the front fairing may be required for access.

I have the Mk2 AvGas version of these heads fitted to my Land Speed VJ22 and I am more than satisfied with them. They are beautifully engineered, simple to fit and complement the other modifications I have done to my Engine. These Cylinder Head allow me to run repeated detonation free sustained WOT peak RPM passes over the 2 mile course I run on. If you have a modified RGV or Aprilia RS these Heads are about as good as you can get off the shelf.
