Shipments are made using DHL UK and DHL Worldwide Express.
TTW is registered for VAT, this means if you reside outside the UK this element can be deducted for all services, it is currently 20%. If you log into the online shop it is automatically deducted based on your shipping address so there is no need to request deduction.
Always difficult to get exactly right but the postage calculator on the shop is based on weight and is right or close a lot of the time. Don't forget it's post and packing. I use Royal Mail for smaller items and FedEx for the larger items. If ever you are over-charged for postage please call or email to discuss and TTW will compensate you if found to be correct.
When leaving your bike with someone - a dealer, a workshop or even someone you know - ask them: what happens if the bike is stolen while it is there? What happens if something they did causes you to have an accident and you are hurt? The Tuning Works is covered by Aviva for all these risks so you can be sure that should something happens to your pride and joy... it and you are fully covered.
