Aluminium Cylinder Heads for RGV/RS 300 conversions
Stronger all over and using 2mm o-rings for sealing.
The combustion chamber is cut to work with TTW supplied pistons only.
The angled squish band on the std inserts is cut at 0.8mm so some adjustment of deck height may be required.The volume is suitable for unleaded petrol. The water spigots are of a threaded design and are supplied pre-fitted and sealed.
The plug is straight cut and therefore a slight modification to the front fairing may be required for access.
Anodised
O-rings are included.
Special or blank inserts can be made for you if you wish to design your own chamber.
If you require your engine converting to 300cc and rebuilding please phone to discuss. TTW can advise on jetting and modifications required.

If you wish to return this product for a refund you must notify TTW within 7 days of receipt and the parts must be in original unused condition.
