Ceramic 2000 is unrivalled for coating the cylinder bores of engines (Block/Liners/Sleeves). The process has been tailored to coat a variety of different base materials i.e., Aluminium Alloys, Steel, Cast Iron, MMC's and Hypereutectic alloys. Ceramic 2000 is made up of an Oleophilic (Oil loving) hard metal coating which is loaded with very small and ultrahard ceramic particles.
Different levels of repair are charged for their complexity. Stripping a cylinder takes time and requires special tools. TTW is able to provide these services as required.
