By using this site you agree to our terms, conditions, shipping and returns policies. Your statutory legal rights are not affected. You, the customer have the right to cancel within seven days of purchase, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Goods must be unused and in original packaging unless faulty. If you decide to cancel your order, you will have your payment returned by the method used to pay, ie card to card pay-pal to pay-pal. Please see SHIPPING & RETURNS for instructions on returning goods. Please note these rules do not apply to specially made parts.
Security
We take your online security very seriously. We use a recognised Online Payment Processing company [Secure Trade] who employ high-level 128 bit and higher encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. This security technology encrypts your personal information including your credit card number, name and address, ensuring that nothing can be read as it travels over the internet.
Liability
Special clause for racing / performance parts such as made by Cougar Red, MPE Gears, Arrow & Zeeltronic. These parts and kits are designed and manufactured for competition use and are sold "as-is without warranty". The entire risk as to performance and quality is with the with the buyer. It is a condition of our making these parts available that it is solely the decision of each individual, rider, team member or team whether they choose to use any parts supplied and in doing so this absolves The Tuning Works or it's suppliers of any claims. including and not exclusively for; inconvenience, damage to equipment and/or injury to personnel irrespective of how caused. It is assumed when ordering these parts that you accept these terms. If the items is received with a manufacturing fault please contact TTW to resolve within 7 days.

Prices
All prices displayed are in Pounds Sterling. It is important you have entered the correct country of residence for delivery. If you are outside the UK and Europe 'EC' you will not be charged the VAT on any purchases.
Deposits The Tuning Works reserves the right to charge a minimum deposit of 50% of the order value for any non-stock special order items. This deposit is non-returnable and non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer of the order for any reason, based on the customer's implicit instructions to order the goods on their behalf.
